Shak’d Up Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shak’d Up. We’re proud to be a small, dedicated business providing high-quality protein shakes, supplement blends, and nutritional support to our customers. Every product we ship is formulated, packaged, and handled with care. Because of the consumable nature of our products, we’ve developed a return policy that ensures product integrity, customer satisfaction, and operational transparency.
Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our business and the types of products we sell, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any item unless it meets one of the criteria outlined below.
This policy applies to:
- Protein shakes (ready-to-drink or powdered)
- Dietary supplements
- Limited edition items
- Sale or promotional products
This decision helps us maintain product safety and quality for every customer. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee that it has remained unopened or unaltered.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost to you. To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- Use the contact form on our official website with the subject line “Damaged Item Claim.”
- Include:
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
After we review the claim and verify the damage (at our discretion), we will approve and ship a replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Damaged product claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be honored.
Lost Shipments
If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please follow these steps:
- Double-check with neighbors, building management, or others at your delivery address.
- Wait 24 hours. Occasionally, packages are prematurely marked delivered.
- If still not located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
If your shipment was genuinely lost in transit (confirmed through tracking data and internal investigation), we will reship your items or issue a refund. Claims for lost packages submitted after 7 days of delivery notification will not be eligible for reshipment or reimbursement.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the item(s) received
We’ll review and confirm the error, then take corrective action. This may include shipping the correct product or issuing a refund if the product is unavailable.
Please do not dispose of the incorrect product until we provide further instructions. We may request its return or ask for additional documentation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- Your product arrives damaged and cannot be replaced.
- Your product was lost in transit and is no longer available.
- You were sent the wrong item and the correct product is unavailable.
All other situations, including dissatisfaction with flavor, texture, or personal results, are not eligible for refunds due to the perishable and personal nature of the products.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Orders where incorrect address information was provided by the customer
- Delayed shipments due to carrier issues once a package is in transit
- Customer errors in ordering (e.g., selecting the wrong product or quantity)

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase is considered the binding version of this agreement.
